Returns are accepted within seven days.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
We ask that all the items be inspected when they are delivered. Any damages that are evident need to be noted with the carrier prior to them leaving the shipment. Discrepancies in orders need to made directly with our company within three business days. If not reported within the proper timeline we will not be held responsible. We have no control of merchandise once it leaves our possession- therefore our customer is responsible for inspection prior to use. Please. :)

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of, as follows:
DAMAGED ITEM –
If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.
Please DO NOT:
- Contact the manufacturer directly.
- Return the item without receiving an RA # from Lazy Oak Equine.com and instructions on how to do so.
- Discard any original packaging or paperwork that came with your item.
- Wait longer than 3 business days of receipt of your item to contact us about an issue.
- Products must be undamaged and must be in original, unused condition. If you receive merchandise that is incorrect or unserviceable, we will exchange, refund or discount the product to your satisfaction.
- Any exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
- **We make no guarantee of fit, therefore items cannot be returned because of fit! Please do your homework before ordering. Try on other saddles you own or friends saddles so you know which tree size you need.
- Many items we sell have the shipping costs incorporated into the sales price. We do not refund these bundled or other shipping costs or processing fees.
- **We will deduct original-bundled fulfillment costs, return shipping costs, and distributor restocking fees (up to 20%) from the refund amount on any return.
* Please note: Returns cannot be accepted on merchandise:
- After it has been altered.
- If it is past 7 days of receipt of your item.
- If it is returned without prior notice and an RA# from Lazy Oak Equine.com.
